Fort Worth Family Law Blog

INTRODUCTION:

This is a new Blog dealing with Family Law issues, particularly in Tarrant County, Texas. It  provides useful information on a range of Divorce and Family Law issues. There will be significant discussion of Collaborative Divorce.

The Original Blogs, 2007-- Now

In case you didn't know, we have produced two other blogs:  "Divorce and Family Law in Tarrant County, Texas" and the "Texas Collaborative Law" blog.  Both began in 2007 and were some of the first Family Law blogs in Texas and the United States. They are among the longest-running blogs in the Texas legal community. Texas Collaborative Law was the first blog in the U.S. limited to Collaborative Law.

Both blogs continue, but with less new material because we are switching to this blog. However, with over 300 posts between them, there is still plenty of useful information on those blogs.

The point of the blogs is to have a wide variety of blog posts to educate people and answer questions.  Please feel free to suggest topics you would like covered. We hope you find value here.

Here are new blog posts. If you have questions or comments, please send an email. We are here to help!
