Long ago, we noticed that most cases don't go to trial.  They are settled at some point.  In the worst situations, they are settled just before trial, after both sides have been slugging away at each other.  In the best of cases, the parties work together from the beginning and realize the benefits of a Collaborative approach to resolving problems peacefully.
